At Tile Shoppes, we always try to deliver all the best! In service, quality, advice and value for money.
The Tile Shoppe staff has proven to be knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Since I have been purchasing my material from your Caledonia location, I have learned that Daniela Rizvi, Korhan Turfan and Mehdi Miri truly know the features and benefits of their products and services. They certainly take the time to educate their clients on what is best for them. Based on my experience I can truly say that your company and organization is better today for having such dedicated and professional staff. In case of any questions please feel free to reach me anytime at 4165008510. Respectfully, Farnoush Farahani-Tafreshi
My husband and I purchased some tiles today at The Tile Shoppe Inc. on Kincort (in Toronto). As soon as we walked in Diana greeted us warmly. Job then immediately approached us and asked how he could help us. Job and Diana assisted us in choosing a grout type and color for the tile we liked. Then Job helped us carry our purchase to our vehicle. Job and Diana were both very helpful and polite, they made our experience quick and enjoyable. We plan on returning to The Tile Shoppe when we require tile products in the future.
So glad to have found the Tile Shoppe. We were looking for a particular 4x16 glass subway tile, and they had it - and at a super-affordable price compared to everywhere else we'd looked. Dania was knowledgeable about the product and encouraged us to look at the tile in various types of light when we were unsure about the colour. We were able to take some samples home for a small price to match it up and make sure it was right, and came back the very next day to buy the quantity we needed. Friendly staff Faisal and Saidya helped load into our car and check each box for any imperfections (there were none) Highly recommend for selection and price. gso- toronto
We discovered the Tile shoppe just coincidentally while visiting some "high end" tile shops near Vaughan Mills. My wife and I were very happy we fiund this place. Even though the selection is not huge, but most of the stuff is very high quality made in Italy. In fact, we found exactly the same tile and marble we saw at Ciot, for half to 1/3 of the price. The service, however, was really amazing. Faisal ( from the Shoppe near Caledonia Rd) was extremely helpful and courteous. He patiently showed us all the tiles and helped me load them up in my car. He completely refused to take a tip! I have never seen that before. The gentleman at the fheck out was very polite and helpful. He redid all the calculations, made sure we had the right grout color, made sure we knew that all sales were final. I can tell you, even though this is a discount store, the service in top notch. We'll always start at the. Tile Shoppe first for all our tile or natural stone needs.
Great service any time I have walked in to this Shoppe but outstanding service on Tuesday, September 17th, 2013. Lola spent all the time I needed with me to properly calculate the tile quantities I need as well as picking a substitute tile when one I had picked was no longer in stock. Lola's opinion and advise is priceless. At the last moment when we realized the order might be a little tight and I needed one box more of the tile than the store had in stock, Lola went above and beyond. Lola arranged for a box to be delivered as soon as possible from head office but further accommodated me (appreciating my lengthy drive from the job site and timliness of the job required) by arranging with Faisal to meet me at Port Union Rd along the 401 the next day to deliver this last box of tile to me. Outstanding service you do not see these days. Thank you for your wonderful help. It is so very much appreciated. Sue Davies
The Tile Shoppe has a decent selection and fabulous prices and the salespeople are very helpful and knowledgable. Faisal at the Tile Shoppe (near Keele and Lawrence) was very helpful and made sure I didn't have to carry anything heavy. Took my order out to the car and put it in carefully. Sincerely Larry R.
